SO WHERE DO I COME IN?

That’s a great question!

That’s where I come in!

Few things drive me as passionately as the topic of childhood trauma and dysfunctional family dynamics. My neurospicy brain has a lot to do with this too but more on that another time.

My journey toward healing has been extensive, yet I understand that healing is not a destination but a continuous process. I am deeply dedicated to this work not only in supporting others but also to remain accountable to my own ongoing healing journey.

I don't just preach healing—I actively pursue it in my own life.

As a survivor and trauma-informed coach specializing in supporting adults healing from dysfunctional family systems, I offer more than just guidance; I offer a profound understanding born from shared experience.

Many of my clients and prospective client alike often remark that I seem to understand them better than the closest people in their lives. This connection stems from my own journey through trauma and subsequent rebuilding—a journey that allows me to recognize and empathize with others' experiences because, in many ways, I've walked a similar path. I've been where you are, and I understand what it takes to move thorough and out of it.

No one should have to navigate their healing journey alone.

It’s true, you could set out to navigate this journey alone. In fact, I did, for a long time. Looking back, would I choose that solitary path again?

Absolutely not!

But back then, it felt like my only option. Growing up, support was a rarity in my world. I learned to expect little and depend on myself. I became fiercely independent. This became my coping mechanism, the way I protected my tender heart from further disappointment.

However, what I failed to understand then was that the wounds inflicted in those formative years and earliest relationships, required healing within the context of relationships. Deep-seated interpersonal trauma cannot be unraveled in solitude. Much of my healing journey was prolonged and isolating because I attempted to go it alone. I want it to be different for you.
